These properties range from standard apartments and maisonettes in or out of town, to luxury seafront apartments, and picturesque farmhouses and villas with swimming pools.
Long lets consist of rentals of six months and over. After a consultation with one of our letting team to discuss your requirements, they will accompany you to view a selection of carefully selected properties. Once a property has been chosen, you, your letting consultant and the prospective landlord will meet to sign the lease agreement.
Belair has a large selection of properties available for holiday rentals. Holiday rental are short-let, serviced accommodation. More commonly, farmhouses and villas with pools but include most types of properties. Should you need airport transfers or hire cars, we are happy to provide these for you.
