Inspection Visits

If you are thinking of buying property in Malta, whether as an investment, holiday home or as your primary residence, we can organise an inspection visit for you.

After careful consultation with you, we will put together a detailed list of properties that suit your requirements and budget. Once you have decided when you will be coming to Malta, we can assist you in hotel accommodation, car hire and/or airport transfers. We will make appointments for you to view the properties and speak to any professionals you may require (e.g. tax experts and legal professionals) during your time in Malta.

At the appointed time and date, your Property Negotiator will collect you from your hotel and take you to view properties.
