Belair Real Estate have just moved into their new state of the art offices along the Gzira seafront. This much awaited move is in line with Belair’s plans for 2010 and beyond, and their new offices have been designed and equipped to enable both it’s sales and letting teams to be able to give maximum attention and service to their ever growing client base.

It has always been our priority to ensure that our team is trained to give our clients the best possible personal service throughout, and this move allows us to develop this further by giving our team and our clients an environment to enjoy doing this even more, says Belair director, Ian Casolani. In today’s environment, the only way to compete is by being able to give your client quality service throughout, and this is what we are always seeking to enhance, adds Casolani.

The new premises includes a bright, modern and open plan space which makes clients feel very much at ease, coupled with an interconnecting upper level which also includes a training room, director’s offices and meeting rooms. All this space has been designed to maximise on the fantastic views over the Ta’Xbiex gardens and yacht marina.

In addition to this move, Belair have a busy workplan for 2010 targeted at increasing it’s foreign client base. This includes various overseas sales trips where it’s team will be enhancing it’s existing overseas partner base and featuring at selected overseas property exhibitions. Incentives currently offered by Malta Enterprise as part of it’s internationalisation process, also form part of Belair’s overseas plans, where it plans to take part in delegations and events being organised by Malta Enterprises overseas.
