What is a “Holiday Rental”?

A holiday rental is self-catering accommodation, usually for a minimum period of one week, up to a maximum period of six months. A holiday rental can afford you the privacy and luxury that most hotels cant, at a more affordable price. There is usually a larger selection of accommodation in a wider variety of locations.
Types of accommodation can range from historical farmhouses with swimming pools, to spacious seafront apartments and budget accommodation.

• Holiday rentals are any period between 1 week and 6 months.
  
• For stays of less than 1 month, prices are quoted on a daily or weekly basis. For stays of 1 month to 6 months, quotations are normally on a monthly basis.
  
• Weekly holiday rental prices include the cost of water and electricity. For stays of 1 month and over, water and electricity costs are not included in the rental price.
  
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of Holiday Rental with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On payment of deposit, rental property is secured.
  
• We offer taxi transfers.
