Wasn‘t easy to find but Belair didn‘t give up on me for a change they persisted till they found the apartment that met my brief...within budget, with views and central. Not an easy task but it was well worth the time. It‘s not often you meet negotiators that take time out of their personal time to show you around. Working most of the day I was left with lunch breaks, evening and weekends and they were happy to accommodate. They also helped me with notaries and organising a bridge loan as I required a second loan till I sold my previous home, which by the way thanks to Belair I sold. So thank you Belair for all your assistance and help.

“They listened to what we wanted”
My boyfriend and I have lived in 3 different places in our time here and each place was found with the help of Belair and specifically, Niki. When we first moved here we had only a few days to find a place, a small budget and picky natures. We were getting a bit exasperated as we‘d tried numerous agents on the island who either didn‘t turn up for meetings, arrived two hours late, were rude and/or just showed us apartments way above our budget and completely ignored our specifications.
We just came across Belair by chance as we were out walking and popped in. Less than 24 hours later we were signing a lease. Niki listened to what we wanted, what we could afford and where we wanted to live and found it almost instantly, and even helped us move as we didn‘t have a car!
We kept in contact with him during our rental and found him so helpful with any questions or problems we came across. He advised us on bills (and turned out we were paying too much which we wouldn‘t have realised without his help). He is always our go to person when looking for a new place, and although our first choice, if Niki wasn‘t available we‘d feel confident and comfortable using any of the Belair agents. This time we struggled to find the perfect place and Niki really went above and beyond, showing us so many different places on budget, above and below budget to give us a good idea of the range, taking us out on weekends and even late into the evening. We really appreciate all the hard work he has put in for us and would not dream of going with another company now.

Thank you we eventually found the apartment it with Stephen‘s help. I was tired and it was dark - that‘s my excuse. Though I should have paid closer attention to your map! Stephen was brilliant by the way - very helpful. There‘d been a power-surge caused by a thunderstorm before we arrived which knocked out the satellite boxes. Melita arrived 1st thing in the morning and fixed immediately.
The apartment was amazing. We‘ve stayed in a few (France, Morrocco, Lanzarote) and yours is by far the best. Exceptionally well equipped. Spotlessly clean. And brilliant touches such as the robes and wash bags.

‘They delivered what they promised !!!‘
I spend almost eight months of the year abroad and own two properties on the island. Afraid to rent out these apartments as I was never able to administrate them from abroad and make sure that they were kept to my liking they were left closed up, in other words losing money annually and not reaping the benefits of my investments. I was referred to Belair by a close friend of mine who uses Belair property management services as she had been using them to handle her properties and was so satisfied with the service. Needless to say I contacted Belair and made an appointment. Mr Steven Ganado ran through the list of services I could benefit from and proposed a service package within budget. Together with their rental team I have now rented one apartment for long let and the other during the months I am away. He now handles all payments, collection of guests, greeting packs and the general maintenance and cleaning of the place. It‘s been a blessing and I can now truly enjoy my time away without worry and with more money to enjoy my retirement. Belair has been a god send, and I highly recommend their services. They delivered what they promised !!!
