It is common, that once the promise of sale has been signed, the negotiator loses contact with both the purchaser as well as the vendor up until the contract date. More often than not, issues do crop up within this time.

Architect inspection visit. We have numerous contacts that we can put purchaser in touch with to ensure impartial assessment of the property in question. Architects are also required to provide official valuations that are required to satisfy bank finance requirements.

Bank Loans. Bank contacts are vital in today‘s market. We strive to keep these contacts up to date and can provide assistance with any requirements that the purchaser might need.

Insurance. Life insurance or home policy cover is an integral part of acquiring a property especially when bank mortgages are involved. Our good connections in this field, provides our clients with a very good service as well as competitive prices on premiums.

Legal assistance. Although a notary is appointed to conduct the searches and legal works, sometimes, more advice is required. With our extensive knowledge of the market, we can answer most questions and if additional help is required we can point the client in the right direction.

Tax advice. Our experience in the business, gives us general knowledge that allows us to answer numerous questions relating to tax benefits, however our association with accountant / audit firms together with tax advisories will be more than happy to provide our clients with professional assistance.
Power of attorney. There are a number of cases, where clients cannot be present in signing of deeds due to being out of the country. Our trusted relationships with our clients have allowed us to be entrusted with power of attorney (Proxy) that allows one of our members to sign on the clients behalf. This service is taken very seriously with continued contact between us and the client to ensure clear instruction on the deed that has to be signed.
