Niki Casolani

Head of Lettings - Niki Casolani has always been a people person as is evident in his career history. Starting out in the animation and entertainment industry in his teens he then moved on to become an insurance broker, looking after a variety of clientelle on a daily basis. In 2002, he joined the sales department of the family business, learning about the property industry and market. Having gained knowledge and experience in sales, he then moved to the lettings department.

Today, Niki is responsible for most of the day-to-day running of the department as well as dealing personally with the corporate clientele he has built good relationships with over time. Niki strives to maintain Belair’s position as one of the leaders in the market as well as ensuring Belair’s personal service remains second to none. Niki’s outgoing, jovial and talkative character gives clients comfort and security in their new venture.
