Still in his teens, Marcel Casolani started his own companies in 1967 with Belair being his first venture. Over the years, he has been actively involved in many interesting ventures including travel, property development, the leisure industry (guest houses, hotels and water sport centres) and specialist companies.

Always striving to give efficient, personal and honest service, Marcel instils these principles to all those who work at Belair. The success of Belair Real Estate is owed to years of hard work, relationship building with the business community, property owners and clients.
